Yan Shoun Gong (YSG), The Art of Longevity, is a type of QiGong, created by 2 Grandmasters, Chee Kim Thong and Yap Cheng Hai (YCH), who have more than 100 years of experience, by condensing the best parts of authentic Shaolin NeiGong.
YSG consists of short sequences of exercises that:
Are easy to learn
Are easy to practice
Produce results in a short time
This makes it ideal for the modern busy, but stressed out, lifestyle where people have no time to care for their health.

All things come from Emptiness
That’s the name of our first of 36 forms of the Yan Shou Gong.
It is based on two original system of NeiGong practiced in Shaolin Temple; WuJi (Way of Emptiness, 36 forms) and Luohan Ruyi (Soft Yi Luohan 108 sets). The forms were sequences of precise movements the body and the mind and develops Qi.
Paul started training in kung-fu from the age of 10 for 5 years. As a
young adult, he found Shaolin Qi Shi Kung Fu and has a acheived a high
level within this style.
He is now looking deeper into the the 7 animal styles and learning internal Nei gong from a style called Yan Shou Gong.
Malcolm has practiced meditation for some 30 years. In this time, he has complimented his meditation with a range of physical practices, including Contact Improvisation dance. Over the last five years, he has been practicing Shaolin Kung Fu, and more recently Yan Shou Gong
