Our classes are open to all ages from 4 upwards. We cater to all abilities and fitness levels and actively encourage parents who
want to train with their children. Shaolin Qi Shi Kung Fu begins with a safe
and respectful environment for all our students and instructors.
Whether you are coming to class alone, with a friend, or with your child you will find a warm welcome from a family who have practiced Kung Fu together for over 16 years. Kung Fu is a great way to exercise both your body and mind.
We'll teach you practical techniques for self-protection and help you increase your stamina, strength, and endurance whilst you also improve your focus and mental discipline. Whilst we all sometimes need a safe place to blow off some steam, learning to breathe, focus, and relax can make all the difference to our day-to-day lives. We can help you work towards a stronger body and a stronger mind leading to a healthier and more confident you.
