General Information
|Gloucester Shaolin Kung Fu opened in April 2004 and is held in
the Martial Arts hall in GL1|

|As with all schools Gloucester holds open classes for all ages and
new students are always welcome|

|GL1 school is regularly visited the the Grandmaster|

The Shaolin Qi Shi Kung Fu Association of Great Britain has numerous schools in the Forest of Dean and surrounding area

Each school offers a high standard of teaching from qualified instructors with the Grandmaster making regular visits

All classes (apart from weaponry) are open to new and existing members

Training sessions normally involve warm up and stretches, technical practice, kicking and punching routines, sparring, attack training and self defense awareness
